Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation, Recharge purchases, Granted SharkCoin, duplicate charges, and payment problems are handled.

Effective: September 2, 2026

1. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal charge. Your paid plan remains available until the end of the current billing period unless access is suspended for a permitted reason.

Cancellation by itself does not create a refund or prorated credit for unused time. Any mandatory consumer or payment rights remain unaffected.

2. Recharge and Granted SharkCoin

Recharge is a digital usage balance. Because Recharge is made available for use after purchase, Recharge purchases are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Recharge expires exactly 90 days from purchase. Unused or expired SharkCoin is not refundable solely because it was not used before expiration, except where required by applicable law.

Granted SharkCoin, including registration, welcome, system, compensation, promotion, or migration grants, is provided without a separate Recharge purchase. It is not refundable, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused or expired Granted SharkCoin is not refundable solely because it was not used before expiration, except where required by applicable law.

3. Exceptions and Corrections

Contact support if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, were charged after a confirmed cancellation, or paid for a purchase that was not delivered because of a confirmed platform error. We will investigate and, where appropriate, help correct the issue by restoring access, correcting SharkCoin records, retrying delivery, or coordinating with the payment provider.

Refunds or account credits are not automatic. They may be provided when required by applicable law, required by payment provider rules, or expressly approved by us after review.

Where a payment provider processes the payment, approved refunds are processed by or through that payment provider where applicable. We may help investigate, coordinate with the payment provider, restore access, or correct account records, but we do not directly control payment provider review rules, processing timelines, taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, or card network outcomes.

4. Unauthorized Payments and Chargebacks

Tell us promptly if you believe a payment was unauthorized. We may suspend an account, cancel access, or remove SharkCoin associated with a reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or unauthorized transaction, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue. This does not waive any rights you have under applicable law or your payment method's rules.

5. How to Request Help

Use the support channel in your account or the contact information on your payment receipt. Include the account email, transaction date, amount, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this policy for future purchases or to reflect changes in the Services, payment providers, or applicable law. The effective date at the top identifies the version currently published.
